Well the jet lag finally hit me yesterday and although work was done there was a bit of a blur. Today has been focused on a few more branding possibilities as well as getting the content live and checked on the new Rosy site.
Lucas, one of our marketing interns has been in charge of this so I thought I would let him say a few words about this.
“Cheers! This was my first shot at website design but I had a fun time with this hands on learning. From uploading photos of the beautiful Siem Reap, the countryside in Cambodia, and Rosy Guesthouse, to learning the basics of SEO, this whole experience has been eye-opening and I have gained a new respect for all the web designers out there.”
Well thank you Lucas (not the Liverpool FC player by the way!) . Our other intern working today is Cody… also from the States. He has been working on some new brochure design content for the umi Hotels as well as his first foray into Twitter. Here is what he has to say.
“Thanks Steve! Eye opening couple of days this has been. From never using twitter to tweeting multiple times per day on multiple twitter counts, I guess the age old saying is true: you really do learn something new every day. I have also been condensing hotel brochures into post-card sized handouts. I never though I’d say this, but it’s easier to write more than it is to write less! Taking away useful information is not easy! That’s all for now. Cheers!”
Right so there’s today! Hopefully, fingers crossed and toes, the Rosy site will go live tomorrow! Would love to show you a sneak peak but cant as it would ruin the surprise. Enjoy the football if you are watching.. if not just have a good evening.
